How to
Finish your first urgent task
- 1Open the “Task center” and look at the first group, “Needs you now”: items due within 7 days or marked urgent.
- 2Read the reason under the title and note the deadline, such as “in 3 days” or “overdue”.

Tips
- A role must not combine create/edit with approve in the same module — that is the heart of separation of duties.
- MFA is mandatory for every role with approval rights.
- Saving permissions, invites and role grants are all written to the audit log under your name.

Import a file
