01

Acceptance

In short: By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform — visitors, applicants, members and organisations verifying a certificate. Your acceptance is recorded with the version number, date and channel.

02

Your account

  • Each person may hold one account; duplicates are merged after verification.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password and verification methods secret.
  • Information and documents must be true and current; forged documents lead to immediate cancellation.
  • Report any unauthorised access immediately via “This wasn't me” in the new-device alert.

03

Membership

In short: Membership is granted after review and renewed yearly.

Applications are reviewed by the membership committee against each category's requirements. We may ask for missing or corrected documents, and may decline with a stated reason and a path to reapply.

Membership runs twelve months from activation, with a 30-day grace period after expiry during which the card verifies as “renewal pending”.

05

Continuing professional development

Members must meet their category's minimum CPD hours each cycle. External activities are reviewed, and the Association may request proof of attendance or decline non-conforming activities.

06

Credentials & public verification

Certificates and credentials remain the Association's property and are granted to you for professional use. Anyone can check validity by QR or certificate number, showing only minimal data (name, category, status, dates).

The Association may suspend or revoke a credential for breaches of the professional code of conduct; the status updates immediately on the verification page.

07

Acceptable use

  • Don't try to access other members' data or bypass permissions.
  • Don't use the member directory for marketing or automated scraping.
  • Don't impersonate a member or use the Association's logo without permission.

08

Limitation of liability

We aim for round-the-clock availability; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. The Association isn't liable for indirect losses from third-party outages such as payment gateways or Nafath.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia; the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute not settled amicably within 30 days.

If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
